Beneplace, an EBG Company, is seeking a Client Success Manager.The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the face of Beneplace for an assigned block of Voluntary Benefits clients. Working in tandem with their Account Manager, the role will perform day-to-day operational responsibilities to drive client satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth. By taking a strong approach to relationship management, the CSM will ensure that all inquiries and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner to reinforce the responsiveness and strength of the Beneplace brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for client reporting, increasing user participation, and managing their assigned clients’ marketplace websites. They will also continually look for opportunities to enhance the usefulness and efficiency of internal processes of the client support team. As with all roles within Beneplace, the CSM will work effectively with other internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are met and a superior level of service is provided.
