Your Purpose as a Healthcare Revenue Manager:

As the Healthcare Revenue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the company's income division, ensuring that all healthcare services are billed at the highest quality of service delivered and paid on time. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing billing processes, resolving payment issues, advocating for the highest quality CPT codes, and effectively communicating with insurance companies to expedite payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely insurance credentialing for all therapy providers.
• Ensure all services are coded and billed correctly at the highest quality of service delivered and submitted within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Maintain current and accurate records of insurance billing requirements and fee schedules.
• Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to identify and rapidly resolve billing-related issues and denied payments.
• Reconcile all payments received at full value with claims in EMR and bank accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and invoicing to collect all outstanding payments.
• Supervise the collection staff, assigning a prioritized list of underpaid and unpaid claims.
• Collaborate with Client Services staff to obtain missing patient or payer information.
• Educate client's families on insurance coverage and payment options, and collect their payments.
• Establish reasonable payment plans and explore alternative funding options for families.
• Liaise with 3rd party collection partners to collect past due payments.
• Lead revenue meetings and present on managed products, statistics, and targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge.
• Knowledge of Medical Billing and Coding, including CPT, ICD-10-CM, and CMS 1500 Billing Forms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to reconcile financial data accurately.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant technology.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Clean background check and valid driver's license.

Additional Skills

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Ability to adapt to changes in the healthcare industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, data security and HIPAA regulations.
