Job Description:

Project Manager (Healthcare, CPQ, FiComm)
Growing, international medical diagnostics company is adding a Project Manager to their team. The focus will be with two key projects:
-Contracting & Pricing Business Process Analysis & NextGen Testing
- Inquiry Mngt - Solution Development for FiComm
This role is working remotely on either CST or EST. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
-5-10 years' experience in work related to IT software development, preferably in healthcare industry
-BS/MS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)
-Experience in coordinating teams and managing IT programs of local/global scope in a multicultural environment
-Experience with iterative development, agile, scrum, and with common software development tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
-Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service teams
-Ability to apply project management core concepts in a fit-for-purpose, practical and efficient manner to meet the specific needs of each project.
-Ability to develop relationships with people originating from various cultures
-Ability to decompose problems and find the best solutions
-Must possess an "Improvement mindset"
-Servant leadership style and experience
-Excellent people and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge and experience in Commercial area (IT / Business) is a plus
Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.); certification a plus
