    Responsibilities

    • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
    • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
    • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
    Qualifications
    • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
    • 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
    • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
    Compensation
    125,000 - 145,000 yearly
