Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our clinic, with a preference for candidates experienced in chiropractic and/or physical therapy. This role will involve managing both the administrative functions of our healthcare office and providing support to our franchise network. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the healthcare clinic, including overseeing staff, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, including chiropractors and physical therapists, to schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars.
• Oversee patient intake processes, including registration, insurance verification, and electronic health records (EHR) management.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of clinic supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to franchisees, including onboarding, training, and operational assistance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in handling patient information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare clinic management, with a focus on chiropractic and/or physical therapy, strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and franchisees.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
