Bereavement Coordinator jobs in Altoona, PA

• Provides day-to-day accountability for supply inventories, monitoring volumes, flow, and sourcing.
• The Inventory Coordinator will provide oversight for inventory related projects and assignments.
• The Inventory Coordinator may lead work on behalf of the manager or as directed by management.
• Performing analysis of the cycle counting process to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, facilitate and take the lead to get cross functional agreement and eventual improvement(s) implemented.
• Assessing and improving flows of supplies by making sure the physical locations are appropriately located and the appropriate space is allocated.
• Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes including ERP transactions.
• Maintaining and updating records in ERP system
• Develop and maintain Kanban in ERP system.
• Understand and follow safe handling procedures for all chemicals and equipment and consult EHS, SOPs, Supervisor, or SDS when safety is in question. Adhere to Restek’s safety codes and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Manage ARM Resale inventory and processes.
• Work with R&D and NPD to manage project inventory.

• Processing ERP tasks such as transports and material requisitions.
• Backup for Receiving

• 3-5 years of inventory control experience or associate degree in finance or accounting
• APICS, ISM, SCM or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, with ability to become proficient in our ERP.
