The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for interviewing, assessing and advising potential students on their future goals. The role includes a variety of tasks with relation to sensitive information that require a person that is extremely organized, reliable, team oriented, excellent time management skills, and positive.

Responsibilities include:

Interactive campus tours

Engaging with prospective students through calling, emailing and texting

Assessing students and if they are a fit for academy standards

Entering, updating and reviewing student records in database

Adjust communication strategies to inform, encourage and support future student

Qualifications
Computer skills, Customer service, Administrative experience, Phone etiquette, Computer literacy and Organizational skills

Data entry , Calendar management, Microsoft Office and Customer support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
