Part or full time office coordinator needed in small non-profit agency that works with children and adoptive families.

Job responsibilities:

• answering phones
• file management (scanning, copying, filing)
• intake process
• data entry
• greeting patients
• taking payments
• communicating with other providers, agencies, and organizations

Specific skills needed: ability to relate to children of all ages, familiarity with the child welfare system, experience in doing telephone intakes, knowledge of Office 365 or Microsoft Office, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and knowledge of HIPAA requirements. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and work well with a team.
