Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Bereavement Services Director - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We have immediate openings for in-home caregivers in Branch, Calhoun, and St. Joseph Counties.
Weekly pay.
4, 8, and 12 hour shifts available. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
Experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right person.
Includes every other weekend rotation.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
