Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Bereavement Services Director - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Washington State Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile insurance
- Ability to pass a DSHS Criminal Background Check
Compensation:
- $20.00 -$24.05 /hr. DOE and Certifications (CNA or HCA-C pays more)
- Medical, dental, paid vacation, sick and holidays with 401(k)
- Paid training with a First Class training team through our State-Approved and Accredited Program!!
