Bereavement Services Director - Home Care jobs in Fayetteville, AR
Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Bereavement Services Director - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas LPN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR/BLS Aid Certification (No online courses accepted)
- Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray Result
- Spinal Cord experience required
