Bereavement Services Director - Home Care jobs in Florence, SC
Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. **Qualifications:**
Proven track record of success in sales.
Knowledge of the home care industry, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory requirements preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
This is a COMMISSION ONLY position with no cap
