Responsibilities: Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Driving the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service food and beverage to guest. Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use. Operate Micros, handle cash, and credit card charges according to procedures. Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law. Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette. Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public. Must have strong skills in Customer Service. Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed. Collects payment for drinks served Greets and provides immediate attention to guests. Learn the names of members and personally recognize them. Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available. Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned. Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests. Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management Perform other duties as assigned.
