Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Summary :
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Organization is comprised of over 300 different restaurants that share a commitment to bringing excellence to mountain dining as part of the overall ski experience.
We believe that F&B leaders should possess a strong working knowledge of the front and back of house supported by best-in-class central programs, training and support.
As such, our in-resort Manager level F&B leaders are responsible for the entire restaurant operation, including front and back of house.
The Manager is responsible for executional excellence in both guest and employee experience.
Job Responsibilities :
The expected pay range is $57,000 - $60,000 annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
