Provides prompt friendly service of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests on the casino floor. Stocks and maintains cleans and organized beverage rooms and guest self service station on the gaming floor. May be asked to use a beverage cart to serve drinks during times of high volume and or special events as directed by the Beverage Manager. 

• Providing prompt, cordial service and keeping the assigned area free of used glassware and trash. 
• Supports and promotes Seven Feathers Mission, “Deliver an Unforgettable Guest Experience.” 
• Greets all guests with enthusiasm, welcomes them to the Resort and answers questions about the resort and its amenities.  
• Maintains knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor. 
• Ensures that all guests are of legal drinking and gaming age (21) by checking ID when questionable. 
• Responsibly serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with all OLCC and house rules and regulation. 
• Accurately takes beverage orders from guests on the gaming floor and inputs to the POS/handheld device.  
• Ensures prompt delivery and completes all payment transactions. 
• Keeps up to date on resort promotions and events.  
• Resolves guest concerns, complaints, and suggestions or refers them to management in a continuous effort to provide superior casino guest service. 
• Attends all mandatory meetings as scheduled. 
• Performs all related and compatible duties as assigned.  
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, when applicable.? Makes sure that communications are clear, concise, complete and accurate.  
• Displays behavior that enhances the image of the resort as evidenced by professional and courteous behavior towards all guests?including co-workers.  
• Fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the department and property by demonstrating respect for others judgement and capabilities and gives praise/recognition to those who earn it.  
• Willingly accepts suggestions for improvement, takes the instructions without defensiveness, and strives to correct the situation.? Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or a GED Certificate preferred. 
• 1 year of experience providing exceptional guest service in a similar environment required. 
• Cash handling experience required; ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately with all denominations. 
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.  
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions. 
• Must have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. 
• Must have an excellent guest service approach in dealing with customer/guest 
• Ability to work positively within constantly changing internal and external environments. 
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required. 
• Current OLCC license required. 
• 21 years of age or older. 
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
