Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Harness your experience in managing a team of investor relations personnel to build a results-driven and cohesive sales force.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the management of a team of investor relations personnel during early company capital formation.
- A track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
