Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. **MUST HAVE COPY OF CURRENT DRIVING RECORD, VALID DOT CARD AND RESUME WHEN APPLYING**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre-inspections of delivery truck
- Deliver accurate deliveries
- Daily paperwork completed for company deliveries.
- Using driver safety practices
- Deliver anywhere from 15 to 24 stops per day
REQUIREMENTS:
- NON CDL Drivers License with 0 points.
- Driving/delivering experience
- Strong, accurate writing ability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment
- Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
- Basic Math Skills and ability to use a caculator
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal with traffic
- Ability to follow directions and find one’s way around.
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Certification.
- The ability to communicate in a positive, effective manner with customers and managers
- Must be able to handle cash payments
