Position Description:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Geloso Beverage Group is seeking a talented Brand Manager to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. Your mission is to grow our alcohol brands with your marketing acumen and a commitment to excellence. You will work cross functionally with a vibrant and experienced team where your passion for brand building will lead to meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work cross functionally to create and execute marketing plans for the assigned brand portfolio and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead the measurement, analysis, and optimization of KPI’s and ROAS for omnichannel consumer marketing campaigns to maximize trial and repurchase.
• Actively participate in the development of detailed business plans to support new products and new placement initiatives with distributers and retailers, to maximize listings, shelf facings.
• Work and collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, distributers, and customers to plan and implement dynamic field advertising, events, and off premise campaigns.
• Analyze competitive actions and market trends and make recommendations to senior management team.
• Support the sales teams across the country by assisting in field visits to forge relationships with distributers and buyers on a project-by-project basis.
• Participate in other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 3-4 Years of classical marketing experience within the CPG industry, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing and brand management skills.
• Capable of analyzing data to draw conclusions actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial awareness, and the ability to influence.
• Consumer Insights, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Drive Innovation, Storytelling, Creativity.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
