Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. We're looking for a friendly, responsible chef/server/cashier to guide the team in the production of ice cream in the morning, and sell after opening, scoop ice cream, make milkshakes, make coffee products, & keep the store clean, and make our customers happy.
Key skillset: Hardworker, flexible, team player, outgoing, service-oriented, organized, and reliable. Past Managerial Experience a plus, but not required to apply.Pay starts at $18 an hour Tips (We currently average 3-5 Dollars at every hour worked, but during the high season it increases significantly). All tips goes to the employees.Paradis Ice Cream is a growing franchise that offers high-quality, freshly made ice cream based on Danish recipes and all-natural ingredients. You will be a part of a great story that moved from Denmark to the US.Candidates must be able to work mornings (start around 8 am until 5 pm) or evenings (start around 5 pm until 11 pm). Willing to learn the art of making fresh ice cream from raw ingredients and serve it to Paradis customers. You will be trained and provided with all necessary tool to master all required tasks. Experience is preferred but not required. We are flexible with work days, but this is a full time position ( 30 hours required minimum )Job Types: Part-time, Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExperience level:- No experience needed
