KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded according load transfers
• Maintain a First Expire First Out (F.E.F.O.) receiving and shipping policy
• Properly sort and process all inventory and fleet documents at the end of the day
• Control inventory levels and variances by conducting daily, physical inventory counts
• Maintain an orderly, neat and safe facility condition
• Check-in each vehicle returning to the warehouse for returned stock
• Properly operate a forklift, pallet-jack or hand-truck for receiving or loading delivery vehicles
• Supervise warehouse personnel
• Communicate issues and/or concerns to the alternate departments
• Position may include additional responsibilities and duties assigned from management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 1 year experience managing personnel.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Minimum one year experience with a forklift, hand jack and hand truck.
• Computer & electronics literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fluent in English a must
• Must be able to work in all climates and environmental conditions.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse environment a plus.
• Experience driving vans, 4 Bays and box trucks a plus
• Bi-lingual a plus
• DOT medical card a plus, ability to attain one if required by management a must.
