The Columbia Marriott is looking to hire a F&B Supervisor. The F&B Supervisor manages Midland's Restaurant, Rock's Lounge, Concierge Lounge, and In Room Dining. Duties also include assisting with the beverage program, ensuring Marriott Standards are in place, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Midlands has an award-winning menu and an extensive bourbon & cocktail menu.
This is a full-time position that works primarily in the evenings.
Bartending experience is required. The ideal candidate has 2 years of supervisor experience, has worked in hotels, and has 3 years of experience bartending.
