Job Purpose: As Lead Technician, you’ll assist your Store or Service Manager in successfully operating the Service Department. You will assist or lead with the completion of service work, workflow, service writing, and hitting KPI’s. All of this will be in an effort to ensure every customer has the best experience.

Work Location: In-person
Schedule:
· 40-45 hours per week.
· 5 days per week, with an occasional 6th day if needed.
· Weekday and weekend shifts
· 8 hour shifts
