As the Service Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for our store's Service Center, assuming ultimate accountability for all decisions pertaining to workflow, mechanic staffing, and KPIs to ensure optimal customer experiences. You will function as the primary service advisor, seamlessly integrating sales and service.
This role demands exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively motivate and guide your colleagues. Your responsibilities will encompass team training, customer engagement to recommend appropriate services, cost management, service order organization, departmental cleanliness and efficiency maintenance, as well as proactive oversight in bike assembly and delivery to the sales floor.
