As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating fun and memorable experiences. ```Responsibilities```
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of camp activities and games
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime supervision, restroom breaks, and transitions between activities
- Collaborate with other camp staff to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operation of the camp

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Sports coaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- Previous childcare or daycare experience is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- First aid certification is desirable
- Experience working with students or managing a classroom is beneficial
- Theater or performing arts background is a bonus
