Primary Responsibilities- Meeting BGI’s high standards for customer service.

- Using basic POS functions for performing transactions and checking inventory information.
- Some associates will be asked to contribute in fitness sales.
Secondary Responsibilities- Assisting in general facility maintenance, cleaning, and restocking.
- Provide feedback to purchasers about product performance.
- Potential wide variety of other assignments; see below.

Schedule- Associates work a variety of schedules depending on their situation. All associates are expected to work a minimum of one weekend shift, with remaining shifts divided between evenings and days.
- Major surges are to be expected during the Labor Day and Expo sales. Extra weekend shifts will be required occasionally.
- Other off-hours events like vendor clinics and company meetings are to be expected intermittently.
Variations in assignment- Associates are reassigned frequently depending on customer traffic and the needs of other departments. Examples of other assignments include: building or pre-building bikes, helping with major maintenance projects, transferring/delivering product and equipment, clerical work, and many more.
