Billing Specialist jobs in Akron, OH

Roetzel & Andress LPA, a multi-state law firm with an administrative center in Akron, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist to support the Finance Department.

Candidate will work with attorneys and legal assistants in processing client billings. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to requirements of new ebilling sites.  Candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality and perform duties in a timely and accurate manner. Candidate will also resolve discrepancies, provide documentation and reporting. 

Skills and Education:

• Superior internal and external customer service support
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• One to two years billing experience 
• Paperless Proforma, Ebilling Hub and Elite experience
• ARCS and Crystal Reports experience helpful
• High School Diploma or GED

The candidate must also pass a credit and background check as a condition for employment.
