Billing Specialist jobs in Alexandria, LA

Soigné healthcare is looking for a customer service representative to assist our clients in ordering and billing for their medical supplies. The ideal candidate is familiar with billing Medicare and other insurances and has a basic understanding of what the requirements are for each.

Essential Job Functions

• Communicates with customers to coordinate refill orders, deliveries, and pick-up of supplies.
• Maintains proper documentation of refill orders, patient billing, and communications.
• Assists with ordering supplies from our distributors.
• Supports billing and insurance verification for Enteral patients when needed.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, accrediting agencies, and local rules and regulations.

This position is a full-time position M-F. Benefits included are PTO, sick time, holiday pay and health insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
