We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner, and providing customer service related to billing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and credit memos.
• Ensure accuracy of billing information.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the billing system.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Provide customer service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
