Billing Specialist jobs in Greensboro, NC

Hospice of Rockingham County seeks to hire a full-time Billing Specialist. 40 hours/week Business, accounting, and computer courses preferred. Experience with computerized billing systems to include Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance billing and collections. Duties include posting payments, follow up on denials and resubmits, preparing and updating patient payment folders, and obtaining prior authorizations. Knowledge of all general office practices and procedures. Proficient computer skills. Possess motivation and organization skills. Excellent communication and listening skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
