Job Duties and Requirements: • Bookkeeping and light accounting skills; ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to communicate with co-workers and our clients in a professional manner • Exemplary time management skills with a dependable and strong work ethic • Ability to take direction and function as part of a team; detail oriented and accurate • Assist management and sales force by creating and sending job estimates to customers • Ability to evaluate and respond to multiple inputs in the moment; balancing tasks and managing priorities is an important aspect of this position Qualifications and Skills: • 1-3 years of Quickbooks experience with a solid understanding of the program • Proficiency in Excel management; excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable, good attitude and strong work ethic; attention to detail and problem-solver • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheet, and database)
