Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily review and coding of departmental and inter-departmental time cards for accuracy
• Create individual invoices per job based on information received from time cards
• Develop/ Maintain tracking spreadsheet for profitability
• Finalize invoices for review with division manager
• Once reviewed, create hard copy of invoices to send for payment
• Code and invoice all leaser tickets, receipts, parts invoices, etc.
• Maintain customers' lien-wavers with time constraints

Qualifications:

• Type 40 WPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word at an intermediate level
• At least 1 year working in a professional office environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• High-level data entry
• Reasoning/ problem solving independently
• Prefer 6 months experience in AR or billing
• Must be able to show proof of identity and right to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
