Overview

We are seeking a Customer Billing Specialist for assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The selected candidate will be a part of the customer service and billing departments responsible for meeting water production, customer service, and billing goals.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities

• Manage a three-line phone system
• Data Entry
• Payment posting
• Updating customer information
• Set up customer appointments
• Set up new accounts and process closed accounts
• Filing and Research
• Spearheading office supply orders and other project-based purchases
• Broad range of problem solving
• Assist customers with registration processes for online services
• Scanning / record retention
• Mailing and package shipments
• Office opening and closing duties
• Reporting
• Focus on attending and addressing Customer Service needs
• Support and meet billing tasks and deadlines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid Drivers License
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
