Redwood Utility Billing Service is a 3rd-party billing company that contracts with owners of multi-family properties to bill back tenants for a portion of utility costs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Billing and Customer Service Specialist located in Santa Rosa, CA.

As a Billing and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Redwood Utility Billing Service customers by resolving issues and inquiries through various platforms like phone, email, and chat. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all billing data is entered accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

MUST BE BILINGUAL

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software
• High School Diploma and work experience in customer service and/or billing related fields
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus
• Experience with utility billing systems is a plus
• MUST LOVE DOGS!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
