Responsibilities
· Handle complex billing matters in a fast paced, high volume environment
· Familiar with billing and cash processes
· Troubleshoot billing errors and issues as they arise related to portal billing
· Submit client invoices to various online portals
· Process/Analyze/Create Job Aids for new portals
· Key contact for acquisition staff to troubleshoot portal billing requirements
· Perform extensive account research
· Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Manage/assign/delegate portal tasks to staff members
· Supervise & Train Portal staff
· Management of billteam shared inbox in regards to PO’s
· Perform annual reviews for assigned staff
· Manage processes for third party outsourcing with Billtrust
· All other duties as assigned
· Regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
· Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Zuora experience a plus
· Strong Leadership skills a must
· Ability to take the Lead
· Solid team player with outstanding integrity
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented, results-driven environment
· Strong work ethic
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
