Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and invoicing processes for customer accounts in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing operations, including data entry, generating invoices, and verifying payment details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of technicians to various client locations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of technician assignments, service requests, and equipment repairs.
• Monitor and update dispatch software systems, keeping track of real-time activities and responding to urgent situations promptly.
• Communicate with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in accounting or office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or related financial administration roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and a basic understanding of technical concepts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with billing software or systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating technicians is a plus.
