We are a young, rapidly growing company seeking a number-loving, team player, "Excel aficionado"!
You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, mainly working with a team to handle billing and invoicing. Additionally, this role involves a good balance of administrative tasks and analytics that can have a real impact. You will assist in accounting and finance projects such as tracking and analyzing KPIs, reporting, and building models to help make key decisions and optimize operations.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong grasp of basic financial principles, bookkeeping and billing, excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, have great customer service skills, and be proficient in industry-standard software such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel. It is a hybrid position, which means you must be able to work in Wixom, Michigan, several days a week and also remotely.
