A large and local company is seeking Billing Specialist/Analyst who will be responsible for processing paperwork associated with customer shipments. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.Job Responsibilities:- Receive invoices and delivery tickets from suppliers and input relevant information accurately into the ERP system
- Maintain and enter data accurately into supplier portals
- Respond to emails and inquiries as needed
- Investigate billing discrepancies and errors
- Offer suggestions to improve process for more efficient and productive flow
Qualifications:- Must have at least 1 years relatable work experience, preferably in an office environment; Distribution or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pay a high attention to detail while being comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication and strong problem solving skills
- Must be a team player who works well with others to achieve a common goal, follow directions, and provide feedback
- Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
