The opportunity
The Systems and Support Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Associate Dean, International Programs, is considered a subject matter expert of SNHU utilized system platforms and processes. You will perform configuration and maintenance tasks to support university objectives, and performs support responsibilities and administrative tasks relating to daily operations. Additionally, the Systems and Support Analyst oversees and participates in departmental initiatives to support continued improvement and streamlining of operations. This role can be 100% remote. #LI-Remote
