As the Billing Analyst for our Fire and Safety division your responsibilities include:

• Access/Analyze completion reports & vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Verify information in 3rd party websites
• Review & verify invoices for accuracy, completion, pricing, billing requirements & customer contracts

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree or specialized training/experience in Science, Fire Science, or Business Administration is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and strong Excel skills is required
• Previous experience working in the fire protection and life safety industry a strong plus.
• Previous billing, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Excel, customer service preferred
