Come join the Order Management Team as an Order Processing Representative I- Process high volume of order exceptions, transactions and refunds ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Liaison across multiple functional groups to assist in investigation and resolve issues and variances escalated from the various business units
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- End to end troubleshooting and resolution of customer order, billing, or refund inquiries involving areas of Order Management, A/R, C&C, and the various business units according to defined SLA's.
- Proactively assists with prioritizing and supporting peers with workload.
- Identifies potential issues and works with the appropriate channels to resolve.
Qualifications- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships
- Communicates clearly with effective written and verbal skills to internal and external customers
- Supports multiple Core Processes or Functional Areas in transactional execution (i.e. A/R, C&C, Payroll, Order Processing, etc.)
- Leverages appropriate technology (finance enterprise systems), tools and resources to perform role and has a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a team with a basic understanding of Business Units and Functional Groups.
- Assists in analysis decision making and driving own conclusions
- Leverages D4D and CDI principles in identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery
