• Single point of contact in implementation of best practices in management of HIPPA sensitive information between facility and billing agent.
• Collaborate to effectively to ensure the best practices and policies are in place to expedite verification of benefits, filing of claims, and review of benefits with maximum proficiency.
• Collaborate with Spotlight staff and clients, through introducing Spotlight team and defining service provided.
• Conduct requirements gathering and customer needs analysis.
• Helps establish and continually refine best practice implementation process and procedures provide superior customer service when engaging with the client.

• Minimum of 3-5 years medical billing experience
• Working knowledge of VOB’s
• Knowledge of commercial – electronic claims processing
• Knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS coding is a plus
• Familiarity with A/R and Financial Reports is a plus Experience in Insurance Eligibility Verification, ERA, familiarity with HIPAA rules is a plus
• Experience of implementation of a software and / or Training is a plus
• Proficient with computers and windows office suite
