Billing Systems Manager manages the daily operations of the billing system. Ensures the operations and associated procedures of billing systems are efficient and effective for billing delivery. Being a Billing Systems Manager develops and implements new billing solutions to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy. Helps develop strategies for system integration of future technology. Additionally, Billing Systems Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Billing Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Billing Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Evolve DevOps capability and Implement CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing maximum automation to streamline development and deployment processes
- Advocate and implement a "code last" strategy, prioritizing configuration over custom code
- Work towards reducing custom code dependencies and ensuring a scalable D365 environment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business owners to recommend and champion industry standard solutions
- Embrace Agile methodologies to enhance flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of CRM Sales industry standards
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement
- Effectively communicate in English, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clear understanding among team members and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing CRM development teams
- Strong working knowledge of D365 suite (Sales and ERP)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML) and experience with D365 development tools
- Ability to lead large, complex initiatives and influence functional leaders in a fast-paced environment to support superior business growth
- Expertise in a "code last" approach and minimizing custom code
- Strong understanding of D365 workflows, custom workflow activities, web resources, and plugins
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
