What Does an Operations and Billing Manager do?
Oversees administrative duties in the office and for the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Supports sales team, when necessary, in creating and issuing quotes.
Follows up after projects to retrieve field tickets and process invoices for billing.
Tracks all fuel, tool purchases, etc., and expenses them to the proper job.
Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed, may include scheduling training, reserving hotels, processing per diems, maintaining calendars, and managing timecards when needed
Utilizes accounting system, billing system, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Assist operations with interview scheduling for applicants, receiving necessary documentation to onboard employees, and facilitate the new hire orientation
Maintaining relationships with sales employees linked to the department.
