Billing Systems Manager jobs in Miami, FL

Responsibilities Include:

1. Ability to understand and implement client billing guidelines; work with the Billing Specialist for set-up and compliance
2. Proficient in electronic billing processes
3. Provide direction and assign work to Billing Specialist .  Monitor workloads, quality of work, and adherence to established firm policies and procedures
4. Identify, establish, and provide training and enhance skill development for the Billing team
5. Provide assistance and resolution for any issues regarding billing procedures or inquiries from the billing team, attorneys, or clients
6. Coordinate efforts to ensure coverage for absences, including development of contingency plans

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. 5 years of work experience in a legal billing environment; large law firm experience preferred
2. Experience working with Elite Enterprise, 3E, eBilling Hub, Paperless Proforma or similar softwares
3. Demonstrated managerial/leadership skills
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
5. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, vendors, and clients
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
7. Team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
8. Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to meet deadlines
9. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or 5 years relevant work experience
