    Responsibilities:

    • Become immersed in the company’s existing Agile software development
    • Leads product development, strategy, and design from conception through development to market launch
    • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
    • Prioritize the implementation of new features, resolving bugs, and manage expectations of timelines
    • Recommend present and future product enhancements to improve user experience by determining product specifications and requirements
    • Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
    • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
    • Liaise with the Group Product Manager and Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
    • Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
    • Gather product data, including key statistics and user trends
    • Obtains product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies
    • Assess market competition
    • Follow-up on output and process in partnership with development lead
    • Perform quality assurance checks on products as needed
    • Maintain knowledge of how the product(s) is being implemented, trained, sold, marketed to ensure support to the various teams of keeping the product vision intact.
    • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
    • Responsible for the definition and delivery of Product usage reporting.
    • Assist the Group Product Manager and the VP of Product with project intake, roadmap, staffing plans, and budget.
    • Work with the technical and leadership team to ensure all individual projects are appropriately supported and provided to the market in consistent iterations.
    • Motivate resources through communication and awareness of project needs and business impacts.
    • Develop effective partnerships with corporate functional groups (Software Engineering, Operations, IT, Sales, Training & Implementation, etc.), as well as external customers.
    • You will be successful here by:
    • Working effectively with cross functional teams to build trusted partnerships.
    • Bringing your knowledge and strong experience with building experimentation platforms and infrastructure to scale any beta program. 
    • Be able to manage complex project and timelines and provide realistic and stretch timelines to the team.

    Qualifications:

    Skills/Abilities and Knowledge 

    • 5-7 years of healthcare revenue cycle/billing experience
    • 3-5 years of product management experience 
    • Product innovation and development track record
    • Experience drafting Product and Marketing Requirements Documents 
    • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback 
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships 
    • Excellent communication skills and capable of effectively collaborate with cross functional teams 
    • Exceptional work ethic and strong time management skills 
    • Familiarity with market research and marketing techniques 
    • Working experience in virtual meeting platforms 
    • Strong understanding of healthcare, particularly in the ASC space is preferred 
    • Strong business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results 
    • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of an organization to aid in decision-making
    • Strong knowledge of development strategies, project management, and business and technical consultancy 
    • Strong ability to adapt, learn, and continue to expand in product and system knowledge 

    Education:

    • BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a field tied to healthcare 
    • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology  
    • Working knowledge in project management tools such as JIRA and Pendo are preferred 
    • Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred but not required
    • Experience in a customer facing products/services environment (5 years) 
    • Managing complex projects (5 years)
