Northwood Health Systems is currently seeking a full-time billing clerk. This billing clerk position will perform various duties, including but not limited to; collection of payments from primary / secondary insurance companies and patients, perform daily follow up on all unpaid balances, resubmission of incorrect claims, process various collection reports, post electronic and / or manual payments, transfers, adjustments, and write offs as appropriate to patient accounts, and assist with billing transaction corrections.
