Billing Systems Manager jobs in Racine, WI

Pay rate: $20-25/hour.

The Billing Specialist / Office Manager partners closely with MJG Enterprises’ executive leadership team to support day-to-day operations, accounts payable/receivable responsibilities and ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial reconciliation, reporting and analysis
• Review and pay invoices
• Document expenses within record keeping system   
• Operate independently on special projects or initiatives which vary based on MJG’s business transactions and priorities
• Assist with Payroll operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or similar experience)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player, while also having the ability to partner with and influence others
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and One Drive as well as various online bill payment sites
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management/efficiency skills
