Bingo Attendant ensures that players follow proper conduct in the bingo area. May assist players in learning the fundamentals of bingo. Being a Bingo Attendant may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Bingo Attendant may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Reports To: Parking Manager
Summary: The Parking Attendant will greet and assist day and overnight visitors to the Emerald Grande and HarborWalk Village, with directions on the various parking locations on property, during the spring and summer seasons. This role will share resort/village information upon request and collect parking fees upon exit. For those interested in employment during the off-season, there may be opportunity to transfer to a full-time role with the company.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, previous customer service experience a plus, cash handling experience preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Availability
The Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village is open and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employees are required to be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
License Requirements
Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
