Advanced Data Storage, Inc., a locally-owned and operated records management company headquartered in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking candidates to join our sales team as a temporary Cold Caller.

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-starters that enjoy with people and are looking for a great opportunity with growth potential. We have an exciting, fast paced, team-based work environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction!

This position be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales experience and a passion for business development.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Advanced Data Storage, Inc. is a substance free work environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilites:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services
• Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish customer interest
• Utilize a provided script to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our services.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
• Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Schedule appointments and presentations for the sales team with interested prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Inside sales, cold calling, telemarketing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
