We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Check-in Clerk and Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the attendance of program participants and ensuring effective communication with the program director. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maximizing class enrollment by reaching out to potential participants through phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in program participants upon their arrival, ensuring accurate attendance records are maintained.
• Communicate attendance information promptly and accurately to the program director.
• Assist participants with any inquiries or concerns related to the check-in process.
• Maintain a systematic record-keeping system to track participant attendance and program data.
• Collaborate closely with the program director to address any attendance or enrollment-related issues.
• Contact potential participants through phone calls to promote program offerings and maximize class enrollment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with participants and potential leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participant inquiries, providing program information, and resolving any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Biliangual in Spanish & English Required
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and administrative tasks.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in managing attendance or enrollment processes is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

This is a part-time position with morning-day shift hours on Saturday and remote work on Friday during the day. Occasional Friday work may be required based on program needs.
